        Park Gate and Key Cards 

        Park Gate is working again. All Cards need to be replaced for the new system. 

        If you have not exchanged your Park Card yet, exchange will be available at the Annual Meeting. Must have dues paid up to date to receive new card. 

        If you have a new card that is not working, please contact Laura via the 'Contact Us' tab on this website or texting Laura at 281-543-9753.  Please provide the following information:  

        • Name of property owner
        • Property Address
        • Card Number

        All cards belonging to those with past dues will be deactivated. Once dues are paid, please notify us to have the card reactivated. If you have lost your card there is a $50 fee for replacement. 


        Nuisance Properties

        Many properties have been not paying dues and/or not following the PHE Restrictions. These properties have been receiving notices and efforts to correct must follow State Guidelines. Please remember all notices sent via Certified Mail will be sent an invoice for the costs.

        Elections & Voting Ballots

        Ballots will not be sent if only one person volunteers 

         

        Officers

         The officers of the Association  shall be elected annually by a majority vote 


        President:  The President shall be the principal executive officer of the Association and shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the Association...  


        Vice President:  In the absence of the president or in the event of their  inability or refusal to act, the vice president shall perform the duties of the president...


        Secretary:  The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meetings of the members; give all notices in; be custodian of the corporate records of the corporation; keep a register of the post office address of each member which shall be furnished to the Secretary by each member 


        Treasurer:  The treasurer shall have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Association;... 


        Director:  Each Director shall hold office for a two-year term.

        Selling Your Home? 


        Selling/Buying/Transferring property:
        It is important for Property Owners to contact the Association on any deed changes.  Maintenance ($60 annually) and Transfer ($375) fees are attached to the property not the owner! Always check before closing regardless if it is a private sale or Realtor!

         YES! A building application is required for most projects. Please see the Architectural Application form below for more information. All questions regarding the lake itself should be addressed to the Trinity River Authority. Our local representative is Johnny Hooks 936-365-2292hooksj@trinityra.org 


        Call or send Text to 281-543-9753. Must be a property owner. Send Name and lot address as well as your permanent mailing address if it is different. Information will be verified with County Tax Assessor. Replacement for lost cards is $50. Defective cards replaced free with exchange of old card. 


        Roads and Ditches/culverts are the responsibility of the County. A request for work to be done must be filled out at the sub-courthouse (Where you go to vote) Point of Contact is Mark Dubose (936) 646-5929 / (936) 646-5712.
