All cards belonging to those with past dues will be deactivated. Once dues are paid, please notify us to have the card reactivated. If you have lost your card there is a $50 fee for replacement.
Nuisance Properties
Many properties have been not paying dues and/or not following the PHE Restrictions. These properties have been receiving notices and efforts to correct must follow State Guidelines. Please be patient - we are volunteering as fast as we can!

Call or send Text to 281-543-9753. Must be a property owner. Send Name and lot address as well as your permanent mailing address if it is different. Information will be verified with County Tax Assessor. Replacement for lost cards is $50. Defective cards replaced free with exchange of old card.
